Sweatalicious is a brand made for women to support women looking to improve the health of their body, mind, and spirit through an active lifestyle. It is a community full of women who aren’t afraid to work hard and sweat it out. It is a community I am proud to be apart of!

I am always on the lookout for a great sports bra that does it all—has good support without being too constricting, looks cute, and feels comfortable too!

The Military Girl sports bra is great for low impact and medium impact activities. I am a 34 C and I went with a medium which fits perfectly! I wore this bra for a spinning class; the mesh back was very breathable and the skinny straps did not dig into my shoulders or slip. The light padding provides extra coverage and subtle lift which makes this bra great for spending a long Sunday in the library.

The Trainer is a compression sports bra that is more than just a fashion statement. This pullover bra provides support for HIIT workouts and long runs. I wore the Trainer for an 18 mile run; the straps did not dig into my shoulders and I experienced no chafing or other discomfort. The removable padding creates a flattering profile and the strappy back was very breathable. I love this bra and look forward to sporting it again on my next long run!
